How do I winterize my Maytag steam dryer before storing it or moving it in cold weather?

To winterize the dryer, unplug it or disconnect power, shut off the water faucet, and disconnect the water inlet hose from the faucet and drain it. When you are ready to use the dryer again, flush the water pipes, reconnect the inlet hose to the faucet, turn on the water, and plug the dryer back in. The manual warns that some water may remain in the hose, so freezing can damage the dryer if it is not winterized. (Page 14)
