How do I properly load silverware and sharp knives in the dishwasher?

When loading silverware, always place sharp items pointing down and avoid 'nesting' items together. Sharp knives should be loaded with handles up to reduce the risk of cut-type injuries, or placed in the Auxiliary Basket if your model has one. (Page 3, Page 2)
