Why is my washer door staying locked after the cycle has finished?

The door may remain locked because the Fresh Hold or Fresh Spin option is still active, which keeps the door locked for up to 12 hours (Fresh Hold) or 6 hours (Fresh Spin) while periodically tumbling the load. To cancel the option and unlock the door, touch POWER/CANCEL. The door can also stay locked if the washer is still draining — the 'Int' code may display during this process, which can take 20 to 30 minutes.
