Does the Miller Big Blue 400D come with a battery, and how do I activate it?

The manual indicates that the unit may come with a dry charge battery (if applicable). Section 5-5 on page 21 provides instructions for activating the dry charge battery, and Section 5-6 on page 21 covers how to properly connect the battery to the unit.
