What maintenance schedule should I follow for the Deltaweld 452?

Every 3 months: replace unreadable labels, clean and tighten weld terminals, and repair or replace any cracked weld cable. Every 6 months: blow out or vacuum the inside of the unit. During heavy service, perform internal cleaning monthly. Always disconnect power before maintaining the equipment. (Page 22)
