What should I do if the control panel lights are blinking and the motor won't start?

Make sure the pitcher is securely placed on the motor base and the lid is securely on the pitcher with the arrows aligned. Also check that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet and check the fuse or circuit breaker. If the unit has overheated, unplug it and wait approximately 15 minutes before using again. (Page 12)
