How do I use Dual Heat Mode on the Ninja Smart Dual Heat Air Fry Oven?

Insert the high-density pan into the bottom rails of the oven, then press the Power button to turn the unit on. Press the DUAL HEAT MODE button, rotate the dial to select a function, set your time and temperature, then push the dial to begin preheating. Preheating takes approximately 5–10 minutes, and cooking will begin counting down immediately once preheating is complete. (Page 3)
