How do I use the Foodi Smart Thermometer for perfectly cooked meat?

Plug the thermometer into the jack on the right side of the control panel until it clicks, then select your cook function, press PRESET, and rotate the dial to choose your protein and desired doneness. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the protein before placing food in the preheated oven. The unit will beep and display 'END HOT' when cooking is complete. (Pages 5–6)
