How long does preheating take in Air Oven Mode versus Dual Heat Mode?
In Air Oven Mode, preheating takes about 60 seconds. In Dual Heat Mode, preheating takes approximately 5–10 minutes because the high-density pan must also be heated. A progress bar on the display will let you know when preheat is almost complete. (Page 3)
