How do I calibrate the ramp if it is not working correctly?

Press and hold the TARGET TONING WORKOUTS button for several seconds until the calibration mode appears on screen, then press the button once more. Press the increase or decrease button on the ONE STEP POWER RAMP to begin calibration — the ramp will move up and down until it is calibrated. When the ramp stops moving, calibration is complete; press the TARGET TONING WORKOUTS button several times to exit calibration mode.
