How do I adjust watering duration seasonally on the 27894 using water budgeting?

Water budgeting allows you to adjust watering duration for all stations by a percentage. Turn the dial to BUDGET and use the +/– buttons to adjust the percentage from 10% to 200% in 10% increments (default is 100%). For example, setting budget to 50% will cut all watering times in half. Press ENTER to confirm. The budgeting will remain at your chosen level until you change it.
