What error messages indicate a dirty or scratched CD?
Error-07, 11, 12, 17, and 30 appear when the disc is dirty or scratched. You should clean the disc if it's dirty, or replace it if it's scratched. To clean a CD, wipe the disc with a soft cloth outward from the center.
