How do I adjust the saddle height for proper exercise form?
Loosen the adjustment handle four turns and pull it outward. Move the saddle post upward or downward so there is a slight bend in your knees when the pedals are in the lowest position. Release the adjustment handle into an adjustment hole, firmly tighten it four turns, then pull outward, turn it downward, and release it.
