How do I adjust the saddle to the correct height?

The saddle should be at a height where there is a slight bend in your knees when the pedals are in the lowest position. Loosen the adjustment handle four turns and pull it outward, move the saddle post upward or downward to the desired position, release the adjustment handle into an adjustment hole, and tighten it firmly four turns.
