Can I use metal or aluminum foil in this microwave?

Metal utensils are not recommended as they can damage the oven, and all metal should be removed before cooking. Aluminum foil may be used in limited amounts — only narrow strips to shield areas from overcooking — and you must allow at least one inch between the foil and the interior oven walls. Using too much foil can damage your oven. (Page 12)
