What power level is used for defrosting and how do I use the Defrost function?

The defrost setting automatically uses a power level of 30% (195W). To defrost, press the Defrost button — the display will show 'PL:30' — then press the Number buttons to enter the desired defrosting time, and press Start to begin. Food should be placed on a microwave-safe rack, plate, or shallow dish before defrosting. (Page 11)
