How do I adjust the oven temperature if it seems too hot or too cool?

Press Broil and 1 at the same time for 3 seconds until the display shows 0, then enter the adjustment you want using the number pad. The oven temperature can be adjusted ±35°F (±19°C), and you can lower the temperature below the factory setting by pressing Broil. This adjustment will be retained in memory after a power failure and does not affect broiling or self-cleaning temperatures. (Page 32)
