How do I lock the control panel to prevent accidental activation?

Press and hold START/SET for 3 seconds to activate the control lockout feature; 'Loc' and the lock icon will appear in the display. To unlock, press and hold START/SET again for 3 seconds. All functions must be cancelled before the control lockout is activated, and this function is only available when the oven temperature is under 400°F. (Page 33)
