How do I adjust the temperature and cooking time manually?

Press the temperature button (18) and then use the setting buttons (19/21) to adjust the temperature in 5°C steps between 80°C and 200°C. Press the cooking time button (22) and use the setting buttons (19/21) to adjust the cooking time in 1-minute steps between 1 and 60 minutes. These adjustments can be made at any time, even while a program is already running. (Page 36)
