How do I pause or interrupt the cooking process?

You can interrupt cooking at any time by briefly pressing the Start/Stop button (20), which pauses the process and causes the fan to continue running for approximately 1 minute. Alternatively, pulling the pan (10) out of the housing automatically switches the device off and pauses the timer. To resume cooking, press Start/Stop (20) again or reinsert the pan, and the device will automatically continue until the cooking time expires. (Page 37)
