Open the washer door and inspect the gray colored seal between the door opening and the basket for stained areas, pulling back the seal to check all hidden areas. If stains are found, mix a solution of 3/4 cup (177 mL) of liquid chlorine bleach and 1 gallon (3.8 L) of warm tap water, wipe the seal with a damp cloth using this solution, let it stand for 5 minutes, then wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth.
