How often should I clean the lint filter?

You should clean the lint filter before each load to prevent lint accumulation inside the dryer or in the room. Do not operate the dryer without the lint filter in place. To clean it, moisten your fingers, reach into the filter opening, and run your fingers across the filter. (Page 4, 10)
