Why is my dryer tumbling but not heating?

A blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker can cause the dryer to tumble but not heat. Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replace the fuse or reset the breaker. If you have a gas dryer, also make sure the gas shutoff at the dryer and the main shutoff are fully open. (Page 12)
