How do I lock the controls to prevent unintended changes during a cycle?

Press and hold the CONTROLS LOCK/UNLOCK button for 3 seconds to lock the controls; the status light next to the button will glow when the controls are locked. When locked, all buttons are disabled except PAUSE/CANCEL and START, and the controls can be locked even while the washer is operating. To unlock, press and hold the same button for 3 seconds until the status light turns off. (Page 13)
