What error code appears when there are too many suds in the washer, and how do I fix it?

The 'Sud' code appears in the display when there are excessive suds and the washer is running a suds reduction routine. You should allow the washer to continue, use only HE detergent, always measure detergent based on load size, and consider touching WATER HARDNESS to change the setting to 'soft.'
