How do I clean the condenser coils and how often is it needed?

There is no need for routine condenser cleaning in normal home operating environments. However, if the environment is particularly greasy, dusty, or has significant pet traffic, clean the condenser every two to three months by removing the base grille and using a vacuum with a soft brush to clean the grille, the open areas behind it, and the front surface of the condenser. Replace the base grille when finished. (Page 9)
