How do I change between high and low speed settings?

Turn off the tool and allow it to stop completely. To select low speed/high torque (position 1), slide the speed selector button away from the chuck. To select high speed/low torque (position 2), slide it toward the chuck. Do not change speeds while the tool is operating. (Page 10)
