How do I change the direction of rotation?

Use the forward/reverse button to determine direction. Push the slider to the left (viewed from the chuck end) for forward rotation to drill and tighten screws, or push it to the right for reverse rotation to loosen screws or remove stuck bits. Never change direction while the motor is running. (Page 9)
