How do I insert or remove a drill bit using the keyless chuck?

To insert a bit, hold the rear half of the chuck with one hand and rotate the front half counterclockwise (viewed from the chuck end), then insert the bit fully and tighten by rotating the front half clockwise. To remove, rotate the front half counterclockwise to loosen and release the bit. Never try to tighten bits by holding the front of the chuck and switching on the tool, as this can damage the chuck and cause injury. (Page 9)
