What should I do if the battery is not charging?

First, make sure the battery is fully inserted into the charger until the LED illuminates, and that the charger is plugged into a working outlet. If it still won't charge, check that the ambient temperature is between 4.5°C (40°F) and 40.5°C (105°F), as temperatures outside this range will prevent charging. If charging problems persist, take the tool, battery, and charger to your local service center. (Page 12)
