What should I do if the drill suddenly shuts off?
The battery may have reached its maximum thermal limit, so allow it to cool. Alternatively, the battery may be completely depleted, so place it in the charger and allow it to fully charge. This automatic shutdown feature is designed to maximize battery life. (Page 12)
