How do I add rinse aid to my Bosch dishwasher?

Open the rinse aid dispenser by pressing on the latch of the lid and pulling it open, then add liquid rinse aid until the dispenser is full — do not overfill. Close the lid until it clicks to ensure a proper seal, and wipe up any excess rinse aid that spilled. The Rinse Aid indicator light will go out a few moments after the dishwasher door is shut.
