How do I adjust the brew water temperature?

With the machine off, press and hold the 1 cup button and simultaneously press and hold the power button. A beep will sound and the LED of the last saved setting will illuminate. Press the 2 cup button to toggle between temperature settings: Default, -2°C, -1°C, +1°C, or +2°C. After 10 seconds without pressing the 2 cup button, the machine returns to standby. After selection, 2 beeps confirm the setting is saved.
