How much coffee should I use for brewing?
Use 1 level Breville measuring scoop of ground coffee per 5oz (150ml) of water. For a full 60oz carafe, recommend 3.5oz (99g) of coffee, approximately 12 level Breville measuring scoops. Adjust the amount according to your individual taste preference.
