What should I do if the machine shows 'FILL TANK' when there is water in the tank?

Check that the unit is not in direct sunlight or direct bright lighting, as this can cause sensor errors. Move the unit away from the light source. If the problem persists, the sensors may be dirty and should be wiped with a cloth while the tank is empty.
