Cameras Error Codes

Device is in Bluetooth pairing mode, waiting for a compatible smartphone to connect.

Data transfer is in progress under Mass Storage mode — photos/videos are being transferred between the device and computer.

The device is unresponsive and not functioning properly.

Firmware update is in progress — the device is installing a new firmware version.

Wireless connection (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) between the camera and smartphone has been disrupted or lost.

The device is unable to read or write to the MicroSD card properly, preventing photo/video storage and playback.

Internal temperature has exceeded safe operating limits — the device will stop functioning until it cools down.

The camera did not respond to remote control commands sent from the smartphone app.

Photo capture confirmation — photo has been successfully captured and saved to the MicroSD card.

Low battery warning — the device battery level is critically low and needs to be recharged immediately.

Video recording in progress — the device is actively recording video to the MicroSD card.

No battery is inserted into the charging hub.

The battery in the corresponding port is being charged using a Quick Charge charger.

The battery in the corresponding port is being charged using a normal charger.

The battery in the corresponding port is fully charged.

Battery malfunction, remove battery from aircraft.

Battery in the port is being charged using a Quick Charge charger.

Battery in the port is being charged using a normal charger.

Setup confirmation beep — indicates the camera has successfully connected to WiFi and setup is complete.

Camera currently connecting to WiFi network or initializing.

Camera awaiting WiFi connection.

Camera running correctly and network connection is good.

Camera network is abnormal.

Wi-Fi connectivity issue — the camera cannot connect to or maintain a Wi-Fi network connection.

Power issue — the fixture is not receiving adequate power or is disconnected from the power source.
