The engine does not rotate when attempting to start.

Weak or dead battery, brake pedal not depressed, attachment clutch engaged, blown fuse, loose or damaged wiring.
✓ How to Fix It
Depress the brake pedal. Engage the parking brake. Recharge or replace the battery. Clean and check the loose connections and electrical components.
