Defective charger or battery pack. The charger is not responding or detecting the battery pack.

? What Causes This

Charger malfunction, battery pack malfunction, or internal connection issue.

Do not insert another battery pack into the charger.
Remove battery pack from charger immediately.
Return both battery pack and charger to nearest Sears Service Center for checking or replacement.
