Error Code Yellow and Green LEDs on

Deeply discharged or defective battery pack. The charger has detected a battery pack that is either deeply discharged or has an internal defect.

? What Causes This

Battery pack has been fully discharged or has failed internally due to damage or age.

Allow battery pack to remain in charger for 15 to 30 minutes.
When battery pack reaches normal voltage range, red LED should come on.
If red LED does not come on after 30 minutes, the battery pack is defective and should be replaced.
