A fault condition exists in one or both USB ports (low battery voltage, overload, or short circuit).
? What Causes This
Low battery voltage, USB device drawing more than 2.1A total, or short circuit in connected device.
✓ How to Fix It
- Disconnect the USB device immediately.
- Press USB Power Button to turn off USB ports.
- Check battery charge level and recharge if necessary.
- Allow unit to cool for several minutes.
- Reconnect device and verify it does not exceed 2.1A total draw.
- If fault persists, the USB device may be malfunctioning.
