9 codesClamps not connected to battery — the Jump Starter Power Switch is on but the clamps are not properly connected to a battery.
Reverse polarity detected — the jump starter clamps are connected to the battery with incorrect polarity (positive and negative reversed).
Battery completely empty — the unit has no charge remaining and built-in low voltage protection has activated.
Battery nearly empty — only one solid bar displaying on the Battery Status Icon.
The stud sensor has found the center of a wood or metal stud (long beep) while AC detection might also be present, giving short alternating beeps.
Battery power is low.
USB fault condition detected — thermal fault, low battery voltage, overload, or short circuit in one or more USB ports.
