Clamps not connected to battery — the Jump Starter Power Switch is on but the clamps are not properly connected to a battery.
? What Causes This
Jump Starter Power Switch turned on without clamps being connected to a vehicle battery, or clamps are disconnected.
✓ How to Fix It
- Turn off the Jump Starter Power Switch.
- Connect the red clamp to the battery's positive terminal and the black clamp to the vehicle chassis or engine block.
- Ensure correct polarity.
- Turn the Jump Starter Power Switch back on.
