Error Code Red LED Indicator on Smart Cables Controller
Reverse polarity detected — the jump starter clamps are connected with incorrect polarity to the vehicle battery.
? What Causes This
Positive (red) clamp connected to negative terminal or negative (black) clamp connected to positive terminal.
✓ How to Fix It
- Disconnect both clamps immediately.
- Reconnect the clamps with correct polarity: red clamp to positive terminal, black clamp to metal frame or engine block.
- Verify the bi-color booster status indicator shows green before proceeding.
