Error Code Fault Icon flashing with USB Power/Fault Indicator flashing blue
USB fault condition detected — thermal fault, low battery voltage, overload, or short circuit in one or more USB ports.
? What Causes This
Excessive current draw, short circuit in USB device, overheating, or low battery voltage.
✓ How to Fix It
- Disconnect the USB-powered device immediately.
- Press the USB Power Button to turn off the USB Ports.
- Check that total draw of devices in top two USB Ports does not exceed 3.1A and bottom two USB Ports do not exceed 3.1A.
- Allow the unit to cool for several minutes.
- Recharge the unit if battery is low.
- Try again. If fault persists, the USB device may be defective.
