Error Code Fault Icon flashing with USB Power/Fault Indicator flashing blue

USB fault condition detected — thermal fault, low battery voltage, overload, or short circuit in one or more USB ports.

? What Causes This

Excessive current draw, short circuit in USB device, overheating, or low battery voltage.

How to Fix It

  1. Disconnect the USB-powered device immediately.
  2. Press the USB Power Button to turn off the USB Ports.
  3. Check that total draw of devices in top two USB Ports does not exceed 3.1A and bottom two USB Ports do not exceed 3.1A.
  4. Allow the unit to cool for several minutes.
  5. Recharge the unit if battery is low.
  6. Try again. If fault persists, the USB device may be defective.
