Error Code Alarm Icon flashing with continuous warning beep
Reverse polarity detected — the jump starter clamps are connected to the battery with incorrect polarity (positive and negative reversed).
? What Causes This
Red clamp connected to negative terminal and black clamp connected to positive terminal, or vice versa.
✓ How to Fix It
- Do not turn on the Jump Starter Power Switch.
- Disconnect both clamps from the battery immediately.
- Reconnect the clamps with correct polarity: red clamp to positive (+) terminal, black clamp to negative (-) terminal or chassis.
- Turn on the Jump Starter Power Switch again.
