How do I adjust the recline for rear-facing vs. forward-facing installation?

Pull the recline handle on the front edge of the seat and push or pull the seat into the desired position. For rear-facing, the seat must be in one of the three rear-facing recline positions so the level line is parallel to the ground. For forward-facing, the seat must be in the fully upright position.
