How do I know if the car seat is installed tightly enough?

The child restraint must not move more than 2.5 cm (1 in.) side to side or front to back at the belt path in use. If it moves more than this, the installation is not tight enough and you should try again, move the seat to another location, or try a different installation method. (Page 32)
