What is the correct water temperature for effective cleaning in the GSD4500?

The entering water must be at least 120°F and not more than 150°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. You can check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer by running the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher into a glass until the temperature stops rising. (Page 6)
