What should I do if there is no mist coming from the spout?

Check if the unit is plugged in and turned on. Refill the tank with water if the level is low. The transducer/ultrasonic membrane may need cleaning—follow the cleaning instructions in the How to Clean and Care section. If the humidistat is set lower than the current room humidity, reset it to a higher setting or change to continuous on.
