How do I verify that devices in my room are communicating with the e7w?

Use the PnG (Ping) parameter in SERVICE MODE to test device communication. Select PnG, press MODE, use UP/DOWN arrows to enter the device address, then press FAN to start pinging. The e7w will continuously send commands to the device and display four values in sequence: Device Type Code, Major SW Version, Minor SW Version, and AGC Level. Press FC to stop pinging. A successful ping shows all four values; if no replies are received, the display continues showing the address. (Page 56-57)
